Baking bread

John Williams in Greyton, South Africa starts creating his breads at 1 AM every Saturday morning. At 10AM his 100 or so breads and some ‘brioches’ are ready. He puts them on a self-made chart and crosses the street to the market opposite his house.

Sold out in 30 or so minutes. Must be exceptional good bread.
