I miss those Loeries! I remember when we had just moved into a new house, with a beautiful garden where some clever person left the original trees so there were always a lot of birds. One day I counted 13 Loeries and a hoepoe and I was looking up at them in the trees in admiration and next thing I know I landed in the pool. I scraped my thigh and I had a large bruise that stayed with me for ages 🙂
