Surprise

Surprised and delighted that one of my close-up wildlife pictures (135mm lens) is chosen as the wildlife picture for the annual Italian publication Pixel Photo Magazine.

Whenever I ‘shoot’ animals I always try to have eye-to-eye interaction. I’m not a wildlife photographer at all but sometime ago I had the opportunity to ‘go wild’ with a famous French wildlife photographer and a local tracker. It took about one day before we could get close enough.
