Concert
What a concert that was this afternoon at Studio98 in Napier. (Covid limited) audience of about 20 very enthousiast about world class music of Palm Strings from Cape Town. Performance of Titia Blake (violin) and her musical partner of 25 years Mike Hoole.
Next concert in June.
African Feet — Studio 98

The last two days….
The last two days of the very successful art event Creative Napier ….
Some of Yvonne de Wit’s figurines on display at Studio98.
These are all her own design and purely handmade of South African Sterling Silver combined with natural bonded earth minerals/pigments.
And what’s more? These are all unique single pieces so you won’t see your neighbour with the same necklace…

Creative Napier
Creative Napier’ (27-30 December) hasn’t even started yet and already selling for there are people who don’t want to miss everything.
This is a 120x80cm print on canvas since this Christmas weekend in a private collection and the South African owner felt obliged to send me a picture of its new place this morning.
The printer has until tomorrow morning time to fill up the gaps on the wall….

Creative Napier
The Art Event ‘Creative Napier’ 27-30 December 2021 is something no art lover should miss. 15 Local Artists present their work in 10 different locations.
Our work (photography and jewellery) can be seen at Studio98 along the main road in Napier. Herman van Bon is busy preparing new prints (sold last weekend virtually all the works he prepared for this event) and Yvonne de Wit will show her unique handmade jewellery such as figurines, bangles, earrings, etc.

In the past few years I’ve worked with many known and lesser known photo models. Some have quite an attitude and others are more modest but then; aren’t we all different?
