Imaginary Street Art 3

Some name it murals most others say it’s graffiti and there are also people who call it street art.

Paintings are perishable and so are wall paintings, graffiti, murals etc. I’m not a painter but I can photoshop a little bit hence my Imaginary Street Art (or is it ‘Imaginary Murals’ etc.?).

I don’t have any illusions; even my imagination is perishable.

This is one of the imaginaries out of a serie of 10.

Association

Looking into details of plants stimulates my imagination. This (in Color and Black & White) is a tiny leaf with thorns of an ‘Euphorbia akmat’ from North Yemen; one of the succulent plants in our collection. Bottom picture is the plant itself which, after one and a half year on its new spot, is starting to grow fast. It can become 6 to 7 meters high.

Some more plants and flowers in our garden

Just snap shooting with Sony 16-50mm lens mounted on the A77 camera. Few pics have been cropped but no other editing in Photoshop. Me and my wife Yvonne live in Stanford, Western Cape that was recently awarded with “Best Village Destination in South Africa”. Yes we are privileged! And yes; we do have a very unusual garden with some plants and plant combinations that stimulate one’s imagination. But we’ll come back on this subject in the next posting.
