One of the villagers used to make shrines as a child; unknown with Eastern cultures. She, in her sixties, still makes them. They are on display in a local Eat Cafe.

Yesterday I had a leisurely day at the Village Green watching the local horse show. In between chatting with villagers I took some shots.

Good Saturday Morning

It’s weekend so most of the villagers missed this one:

Don’t expect the city buzz. Stanford is after all just a small village. Everything goes in rural pace. This (Saturday-) morning we went to the local market, had some coffee along the road, chatted about everything and nothing with other villagers and in between I made some street shots.
