The Heat is on

… is the title of one of my imaginaries today and tomorrow on display during the Baardskeerdersbos Art Route in Baardskeerdersbos, Western Cape, South Africa. At the B’Bos Art Gallery. The imaginary is based on one of the giant gargoyles of sculptor Ulrich Riek from Napier.

The Americas may have the ‘Grand Rapids’ and the Niagara Falls; here in the little town of Napier in the Western Cape, South Africa we have the Napier Rapids and the Napier Falls. Both are impressive in their own right. Right? Right!
